Parent Teacher Conferences

Parent Teacher Conferences are now open for bookings in COMPASS.

The Compass Booking System will be open until Wednesday 25th March at 12pm.

Parent Teacher Conferences will be conducted in the following format:

• Wednesday 1st April 5:00 pm-8:00 pm (face-to-face only)
• Thursday 2nd April 9:00 am-12:00 pm (Webex & Telephone only)

When booking a Conference for Thursday, please ensure that you indicate whether you would prefer the Conference be held via Webex or Telephone. You can do this by selecting the interpreter button when booking your time slot for each Teacher. A drop-down box will appear allowing you to choose Webex or Telephone. If you do not allocate an interpreter, the default is telephone.

When you print your bookings, the Teacher's Webex code will be shown under location.

During the interviews if you have chosen Webex, please log onto the correct Teacher code at the designated time. If you have chosen to have a Telephone interview the Teacher will call you at the designated time. Please ensure your phone number is correct on Compass.

Log into your Compass Account/APP for news, report Absences, Reports, Excursion Permissions and pay contributions. Contact Administration if you need setting up or a reset password.
