FC	Abbie Pritchard	Leadership	Abbie continues to shine both in and out of the classroom. With a natural flair for creativity and impressive leadership skills. She offers thoughtful ideas in class and helps by leading the way during our school concert dance rehearsals.
1A	Lyla Anderson	Perseverance	Lyla has shown wonderful perseverance in her writing, working hard to improve and add descriptive language to her sentences. She has been thoughtful and expressive in our circle time discussions, confidently sharing her ideas with the group. Well done on the great work Lyla!
1B	Ollie Judson	Kindness	Ollie brings genuine kindness into our classroom. He is always aware of those around him and shows great care by checking in on others and asking thoughtful questions. His gentle nature and warm-hearted actions make him a wonderful friend and a valued member of our class. Thank you for your kindness, Ollie.
1C	Daisy Goldsmith	Kindness	Daisy is such a kind and caring member of our class. She always treats others with respect and is quick to offer help or a kind word when someone needs it. Her thoughtful nature makes our classroom feel warm and welcoming. Well done, Daisy, for being our Student of the Week!
2B	Maeve Russell	A Love of Learning	Maeve is to be congratulated on her fantastic narrative writing. She included connectives such as when and then. Her sentences were perfect, including capital letters for proper nouns. Maeve’s problem and solution were very clear, and her story was easy to follow. Keep up the brilliant listening and work, Maeve!
2B	Max Mott	A Love of Learning	Max wrote a fantastic recount titled Scout Gets Lost. He included vocabulary such as suspiciously, he also used talking marks, and similes like "sailed through the air like a rocket" and "ran faster than a bullet." We are so impressed with Max's writing, what an amazing effort!
2C	Ava Cain	A Love of Learning	Congratulations Ava, you have shown a real love of learning this week, and it’s been great to see. You jump into new tasks with enthusiasm and always give things a go. Keep it up, you’re doing an awesome job!
2C	Billy White	Kindness	Congratulations Billy, you have shown so much kindness and respect this week, especially towards your teachers. You always use polite words and look out for others in 2C. Continue showing kindness and respect, you’re an amazing role model!
3A	Will Davies	A Love of Learning	What a delight it is to have Will in 3A. He always listens carefully to teacher instruction and works independently on his tasks. Will is responsible during partner work and is always seeking to gain a clear understanding of a concept or topic. Keep it up Will!
3A	Autumn Cobban	A Love of Learning	Autumn has been a wonderfully active participant during our novel study of Amari and the Night Brothers and it has been great to see her hand shooting up to join in our class discussions. She has been able to use evidence from the text to support her responses, even using quotes from the book. Amazing effort Autumn!
3B	Evie Biggs	Curiosity	Evie should be commended for her kindness and positive attitude. She has had a fantastic start to term 3 in 3B and has shown wonderful enthusiasm towards all learning tasks. She shares her ideas during class discussions, displays curiosity when learning and asks interesting questions to further her understanding. Keep up the great work Evie!
4A	Madeleine Wakefield	A love of Learning	For showing a strong love of learning through her proactive approach and positive attitude. Madeleine stays focused, listens carefully, and begins each task with enthusiasm and determination. She is a great role model for others.
4A	Joshua Lim	Kindness	Congratulations to Joshua for showing kindness to all classmates in 4A. He consistently includes others, offering encouragement, and helping create a warm and welcoming classroom environment. Your positive attitude and kindness shine every day. Keep up the great work!
4B	Marcus Schiffner	A love of Learning	Congratulations Marcus for displaying a love of learning in the classroom, particularly in Mathematics. You excitedly share your thinking with the class and are always motivated to extend your mathematical understanding. Well done on an excellent week.
4C	Fillip Karanovic	A love of Learning	Filip has displayed a wealth of knowledge in our Inquiry and STEM lessons. He loves learning about forces and all things scientific! He thinks deeply about experiments and theories and is a very creative problem solver. Keep up that fabulous attitude Filip!
5/6B	Chloe Gong	A Love of Learning	Chloe took thoughtful and detailed notes during our research on the 1967 Referendum, selecting key facts and ideas to support her writing. She used this information effectively to craft a clear and well-structured introduction to her factual recount. Well done, Chloe!
5/6B	Audrey Maulday	Leadership	Audrey displayed confidence and enthusiasm throughout the House Athletics Carnival, giving her best effort in every event she participated in. It was wonderful to see her positive approach and the pride she took in her achievements. Well done, Audrey!
5/6B	Luke Thompson	Leadership	Luke consistently displays respect in his interactions with others and demonstrates active listening during lessons. He responds promptly to instructions and approaches his work with focus and a positive attitude. Keep up the great effort, Luke!
5/6C	Harper Cunningham	A Love of Learning	Harper returned from the holidays with a fantastic attitude and a genuine excitement for learning. Her strong work ethic was contagious, inspiring those around her to stay focused and engaged. It was lovely to see Harper so eager to participate and challenge herself in every lesson. Well done and congratulations!
5/6C	Hudson Soifer	Perseverance	Hudson has shown incredible dedication, consistently putting in his best effort across all learning areas. He’s demonstrated a growth mindset by asking thoughtful questions and seeking help when needed. The work Hudson produced reflects his commitment to doing his very best in every session. 5/6E	Hunter Jackson-Bourke	Curiosity	Hunter has shown an abundance of curiosity while working on his gardening project both at home and at school. He has been researching different plants that grow in our school to find out what they need to thrive and what pests may impact them. He has made a classroom garden, and this is helping our class learn about plants. Keep it up Hunter!
5/6E	Samara Melanta	Teamwork	Samara was a positive and enthusiastic member of Blue House at the Athletics Carnival, bringing great energy and encouragement to her team. She made sure everyone in her group felt supported and had fun throughout the day. I was impressed by her performance in the long jump and she led by example with her sportsmanship and team spirit. Well done, Samara!

FA	Jonathan Newell	Bravery	Jonathan has shown great bravery in coming to school each day with a positive attitude. In dance practice, he has joined in with confidence and given his best effort. I am so proud of the courage Jonathan has shown and the progress he is making. It’s wonderful to have you in Foundation A!
1A	Jack Dean	A Love of Learning	Jack is showing an increase in confidence when completing writing activities, applying his newly learnt skills to create well-structured sentences. He listens carefully, stays focused, and demonstrates excellent independent work skills. Keep up the wonderful work, Jack!
1B	Charlotte Kumkar	Perseverance	Charlotte has shown incredible perseverance by putting in the extra effort to improve her literacy skills. She has worked hard to develop with her reading and writing, taking on feedback, practising regularly, and challenging herself to achieve her best. Her determination and positive attitude are inspiring. Well done, Charlotte!
1C	Leo Gooch	A Love of Learning	Leo shows fantastic engagement in all our learning activities. He especially enjoys our Little Learners sound cards, where he eagerly contributes and confidently identifies the sounds. His growing focus and enthusiasm are a joy to see. Well done, Leo, for being our Student of the Week!
2B	Pim Zuban-Smith	A Love of Learning	Congratulations to Pim for his outstanding effort and enthusiasm in the classroom! He is always attentive, eager to learn, and consistently applies his knowledge to his work. Pim thrives on a challenge, especially during maths lessons, where his determination really shines. His narrative writing has been nothing short of sensational—perhaps we have an author in the making! Finally, Pim brings joy to circle time each morning, with the class always looking forward to his fun and thoughtful contributions.
2C	Hattie Blunt	A Love of Learning	Congratulations to Hattie for showing a love of learning, especially through her amazing narrative writing. Her creativity and hard work make her stories come alive, and it’s been wonderful to see how much she has enjoyed expressing her ideas. Keep up the awesome work!
2C	Ralph Jimenez	Curiosity	Congratulations to Ralph on being Student of the Week! He’s shown so much curiosity in all the new math topics we’ve been learning, and it’s been wonderful to see him ask questions and really try to understand how things work. Keep up the amazing work, Ralph!
3B	Emmy Chisholm	Kindness	Emmy should be commended for her kindness towards her classmates. She has had a fantastic start to term 3 in 3B and has shown herself to be a caring and compassionate individual. She is always happy to share her ideas and offer help to anyone around her. Keep up the fantastic work Emmy!
4A	Zara Miller		Zara regularly demonstrates genuine kindness and thoughtfulness toward both her peers and teachers. She’s always ready to lend a hand and brightens the room with her warm smile. Her positive spirit and willingness to support others set a great example for everyone around her. Fantastic job, Zara – keep it up!
4B	Rosie Pretty	A Love of Learning	Rosie demonstrates her love of learning through participating to class discussions and consistently ensuring her work is completed to a high standard. Her insights to the class novel Storm Boy were very thoughtful as she was able to consider the perspective of all characters involved. Well done Rosie!
5/6B	Willow Capron	A Love of Learning	Willow was an enthusiastic participant during our Smoothie Bar incursion last week. She contributed eagerly to whole group discussions and worked cooperatively with her team to design their smoothie and pitch. Well done Willow!
5/6B	Claire Torbet	Teamwork	Claire showed great creativity and teamwork during our Smoothie Bar incursion. She worked enthusiastically with her group to develop their business idea ‘Look Up’, contributing imaginative ideas to the pitch and collaborating positively with her teammates. Well done, Claire!
