PBL: Week 5

Our Value in week 5 is Responsibility.
Our lesson focus will be I take ownership for my actions.
In week 5 our students will be learning about the importance of taking ownership of our actions. Through discussion, reflection and creative activities, students explored what it means to take responsibility for the choices they make and the impact their actions can have on others.
Students identified real-life examples of when they can take ownership, as well as exploring what taking ownership looks like and sounds like. We encouraged students to recognise that everyone makes mistakes, but what matters is being honest, acknowledging our actions, making amends when needed and thinking about how we can make a better choice next time.
Taking ownership is an important part of developing responsibility, resilience and positive relationships within our school community.
