A focus on College Interest sport

During Art Sport this term, Year 8 students have been actively engaged in a range of creative artmaking activities. Earlier in the semester, they completed lino prints inspired by their birth month flowers, exploring carving and printmaking techniques. More recently, students created watercolour artworks based on artists and artworks of their own choosing, allowing them to investigate personal interests and artistic styles. They are now developing mixed-media collage artworks that combine drawing, layered materials, and decorative patterns, experimenting with composition, texture, and visual storytelling.
