Bayside Art & Design

Congratulations to Holy and Erin who were chosen to display their work at the annual Target Exhibition. Both students produced outstanding Yr 11 Art Making & Exhibiting work in 2025, and consequently have been recognised for their hard work and talent. 

Holly’s double portrait, oil on canvas, explores the complex theme of relationships, whereas Erin’s portrait, oil on board, focuses on the passing of time. The College is very proud of their achievements and encourages family and friends to view the works.

Target: Bayside Art and Design students showcases the work of Bayside’s talented VCE and International Baccalaureate (IB) students in Years 11 and 12. These young artists present an exciting glimpse into current trends in contemporary art, bringing fresh perspectives and a confidence that belies their age.

Participating schools include Brighton Grammar School, Brighton Secondary College, Firbank Grammar School, Sandringham College, St Leonard’s College and Star of the Sea College.
