2024 Saltwater College Chess Championships

On Thursday, 31 October 2024, Saltwater P-9 College held its annual school chess championships. We had 72 students compete in a 6-round event at the Saltwater Community Centre in their age categories to determine who had the strategy, precision, and intellect to reign supreme. Each match featured creative openings, complex midgames, and thrilling endgames, but eventually, it came down to only one school winner!
