School Council

Hello everyone!

As one of the newest members of the School Council, and the second student representative for the School Council, alongside Gemma Ong, it has been an absolute privilege to take part in representing my cohort and other student’s voices within the discussions presented at Council.

One of the most significant aspects of the School Council, and something that I value so much, is being treated like an equal. I do not feel looked down upon due to the fact that I am a student and my opinions and values are heard attentively, with the same level and respect afforded to all other staff members of the School Council. It truly makes me feel like my views and values matter in these discussions and that I am not merely a symbol of student voice, but actively uphold student voice. 

I have truly enjoyed my time on the School Council so far and will continue to do my utmost duty to protect and highlight student desires and wants!
