In the kitchen, we have prepared, cooked and shared:
Indian yellow rice
Saag bhaji
Salad of the imagination
Banana bread muffins
Wattleseed pikelets- 1C only
Quinoa salad with beetroot, feta and baby spinach
Warrigal greens crackers
Mushroom, potato and kale frittata
Gnocchi with sage butter sauce - 6J only
Spinach dumplings with dipping sauce – 6 J only
In the garden, both classes have:
Planted seeds in trays and directly into garden beds
Planted seedlings of sugar snap peas and broad beans
Raked leaves to add to our compost bins
General maintenance of the garden beds such as weeding
Harvested herbs, silverbeet and warrigal greens
