Louise Park is Visiting Lakeside College!

On 5th August Louise will be visiting our school to talk to Primary Student and a special sesion for our Year 9's . This is a fantastic opportunity to learn more about the practices of professional authors and how they write the interesting and engaging stories we love. 

Louise Park is an award-winning author who draws from a strong background in Education, literacy and publishing to produce her blockbuster bestselling series fiction that includes Zac Power Test Drives and Spy Recruit, Boy vs Beast, Harriet Clare, D-Bot Squad, Star Girl, Bella Dancerella, Grace’s Secrets and Grace’s Escape.

She is the author of the adult nonfiction title 7 Steps to get Your Child Reading, and her latest book, Last Man Out, A Personal Account of the Gallipoli Evacuation is an awardwinning title based on her grandfather’s letters, notes and journals of his experiences as the last man out of the Anzac evacuation during WW1
