Open Boys Touch MIA Gala Day
On Thursday, March 12, the Open Boys Touch Football team travelled to Wagga Wagga to compete in an MIA gala day.
The squad delivered a disciplined performance, securing three victories across their five matches. The boys were exemplary during the day displaying a high standard of sportsmanship, doing NHS proud.
The team's success was underpinned by the mature captaincy of Matari Johnson. Matari demonstrated exceptional leadership, maintaining tactical organization and ensuring the squad remained composed from siren to siren.
All of the boys who played have to be congratulated on the way that they supported their mates and played the game with grit and determination. It was a pleasure to manage from the sidelines.
