Space Camp Australia

The Australian Space Camp

Due to the high costs of trying to go to Space Camp in the USA and through some local researching in Australia, we have discovered an Australia Space Camp in Australia located near Canberra.

The cost is around $1500 of which we already have some funds raised which will reduce this cost down for students. This is a 10th of the price to go to the USA.

But there’s a catch! The minimum number of students is 26 students for it to go ahead. We will be contacting other local schools to see if they are interested so that we can get this to happen. We are looking at the School holidays in September/October as the possible timing.

The Australian Space Camp will collect attendees and drop the attendees back to school at the end of the Camp.

If your child is interested in the Space industry and being involved in building rockets and launching them as well as developing skills to become an astronaut, then contact the school for further details.
