COLLEGE SPORT

INTERSCHOOL ATHLETICS

College students laced up their runners and competed in the Sunraysia Interschool Athletics Championships at the Aerodrome Ovals on Wednesday 2 September.

Congratulations to Jett Johnson (Year 11), Luca Dimasi (Year 10) and Mila Pascale (Year 9), who all took the top spot in their age groups.

And, a huge round of applause for the 20 students who advanced to the LMR on Thursday 17 September! Well done!

STATE SOCCER FINALS

Our Junior Boys Soccer Team competed in the State Finals last Friday, 4 September.

Although they played their three games with energy and enthusiasm, the day unfortunately was not theirs. However, they are still one of the top eight teams in all of Victoria, and that is something to celebrate! Congratulations to them and to their coaches. What a fantastic season!

INTERMEDIATE BOYS CRICKET

The boys played Merbein and Irymple in the Sunraysia Interschool competition on Monday 7 September.

Although we didn't win, it was a cracking day for cricket and everyone had fun playing the game they love.

WORTH THE WAIT

Bad weather forced us to reschedule the Staff vs Student Soccer Match from Languages Week in Term 2 to 1 September.

– And it was sooo worth the wait! Check out these snapshots of all the action. As you can see, everyone displayed equal amounts of enthusiasm and fancy footwork on the pitch.

Congratulations to the Class of 2026 on their 1 – 0 win over the teachers.
