SchoolAerobics Nationals

Earlier in August, the 2023 SchoolAerobics National Championships were held at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre in Adelaide where local Shepparton club Revival Aerobics Studio took on the best in the country!

The squad consisted of 25 athletes along with their families, headed over on August 10th – 15th where they performed their routines in front of judges on the national stage. Greater Shepparton Secondary College student Caitlin Farrall competed in the Secondary Solo (2nd), Secondary Pairs “Caution!” (2nd), Audition (2nd) and Cheer team “Triple Zero” (1st) categories, whilst coaches Daniel Johnson (GSSC staff member) and Sean Reynolds (Geared 4 Careers) also competed in solo/teams as well as coaching their athletes to victory! Many GSSC Alumni students also represented Revival at the national event, including Macey Cox and Georgia Comline (Senior Coach).

The Revival squad took home a total of 17 medals including 5 gold, 7 silver and 5 bronze as well as their coaches Daniel and Sean being honoured with the 2023 Coaches of the Year Award – Being recognised for their dedication, commitment, support and loyalty over the years.
