Year 10 

Students did a fabulous job completing their Year 10 exams over three days. This sets them up very well for their ongoing study, and we congratulate them on their mature and dedicated approach to the exams.

The Parent Information Session on Tuesday evening for 2027 Year 11 Subject Selection was well-attended, and we thank our parents for their engagement in the subject selection process so actively with their daughters. This will make the decision-making much easier and effective for the students. If you were unable to attend the session, the students are able to access the slide presentation in the Year 10/11 Students on Chisholm Connect 2026 Canvas course on the Subject Selection page, under ‘Handbook and Timeline’. They will spend all day on Monday, 1 June, exploring their future options with specific regard to their subject choices for 2027. Working closely with our Pathways coaches, Adam and Kara, we have an exciting program prepared that will help students consider their personal strengths and goals and how these might align with their subject choices. 

Subject Selection Interviews with students and parents will be held on Tuesday, 23 June (Week 10), during the day. Parents will shortly receive an invitation to make their appointment. Students will only attend school for their interview on that day. 

Year 12 Trial Exam Timetable has just been shared with students. It is essential that students prioritise their attendance for each of these exams and start planning their study timetable. Dedicated time during the holidays will be an important part of the process, since students will be attending class in Weeks 1 and 2 of Term 2 just before the exams begin.
