Prep

During a recent Prep Team Planning Day, we had the opportunity to hear directly from some of our students. Our Student Voice Leaders (SVLs) joined us for a part of the day, providing valuable feedback on their experiences at school and representing the perspectives of their classmates.
The SVLs shared many positive reflections about their learning, discussing the activities and opportunities they enjoy most and identifying times when they feel confident and successful. They also offered suggestions for future learning experiences, expressing particular interest in activities such as writing and baking. In addition, they spoke enthusiastically about the special visitors and programs they have enjoyed throughout the year, including visits from Firefighters, Police Officers, Responsible Pet Ownership and Kaboom Sports.
We greatly appreciate the time, thought and enthusiasm our Student Voice Leaders brought to the discussion. Their insights provide us with a deeper understanding of what supports and motivates our Prep learners, helping us to refine and enhance the experiences we offer in the classroom. We are excited to use their feedback to guide future planning and continue building a positive and engaging learning environment for all students.
