A reminder to all students and parents, full PE uniform is required when representing our College in team events. In Term 4 this includes a school hat. Please ensure you are in the correct uniform when arriving at the College.

 

LMR Athletics

 

42 students travelled to Bendigo to compete at the Loddon Mallee Region Athletics in Bendigo on Thursday 5 October. We had some outstanding individual and team results!

12-13yrs Boys - 4x100m Relay: 1st (Jackson Butterworth, Lynkoln Richardson, Nate Smith, Charlie Sutton) 

12-13yrs Girls - 4x100m Relay: 1st (Daisy Griffiths, Keira Mitchell, Josie Offord, Harper Shiels)

18-20yrs Girls - 4x100m Relay: 2nd (Lily Marsh, Rosy Marsh, Olivia Mathers, Andrea Archibald)

 

 

Well done to all students who participated. We are incredibly proud of each and every one of you. Students who placed 1st have qualified to compete at the State Track & Field Championships next week.

Clay Target Championships - Benalla FGA

 

Izabelle and Marcus Keirl attended the Benalla School Person's Shoot at Benalla Field and Game on Monday 9 October. 

 

They both shot very well, with Izabelle winning Senior Girls with a score of 12/20. Marcus came second in Senior Boys with a score of 17/20. 

 

Congratulations to both students who displayed integrity and sportsmanship in this event.

 

Campaspe Cricket (Year 9&10 Boys)

 

 

The Year 9&10 Boys cricket team displayed great determination and skill on the pitch at Echuca College last week. 

 

The team won the first round against St Augustine’s by 10 runs, before defeating SMOTA in the final by 4 wickets!

 

 

 

Campaspe Cricket (Year 7&8 Boys)

 

Our Year 7 Boys had a very successful day in Kyabram on Wednesday and were undefeated in every round! 

 

Our Year 8 Boys were victorious over Rochester, Echuca College and SMOTA and only had one narrow loss to a very strong St Augustine’s team. 

 

Well done to all students who represented our school with excellent teamwork and sportsmanship. 

 

The Year 7 boys will progress onto the LMR round in Bendigo on Wednesday 18 October. Please see Compass for further information.
