Compass Kiosk

In conjunction with the Parent Portal, we have a Compass Kiosk located in our Student Services office for student arrival and departures.  

 

All student sign-ins and sign-outs will automatically link up with Compass Attendance module, displaying on class rolls and attendance summaries when the student has arrived or departed.

 

All students arriving late or leaving early must present at Students Services office to sign-in/out on the kiosk using their Student ID card. If your child requires a new student card, please order a card through the Compass portal. 

 

We kindly ask that all students carry their student cards in their bags each day for ease of signing in/out. Students not presenting with ID cards will be advised to purchase a new card. 

 

All parents/guardians presenting for meetings, must also sign-in on the Compass Kiosk located at the Reception Office at the front of the school. 

 

How to Order a New ID Card

If students are required to order a replacement CompassIdentity card, this can be done either by the student via their Compass portal, or by their parent in the parent portal. The user can access the card ordering page by going to the cog icon and selecting 'My CompassIdentity Card'.

 

 

On the page, select ‘Click here to order a new CompassIdentity Card

 

Complete the payment details and click 'Order Now'.

The card order and payment will then be processed, and the card will be delivered to the school for issue.

 

2023 School Fees:

 

Statements will be emailed by the end of this week.  If you don’t receive your Statement, please contact Rosemaree McCann on 03 5469 0297 or email fees@sje.vic.edu.au

Instalments

4th Instalment Due Date: 17 November 2023                                             

1 student - $920 each instalment. 

2+ students - $1,595 each instalment

 

Option 3 - Flexible Payment Plan

Due Date: 17 November 2023

 

Direct Debits

The preferred method of payment is direct debit (automatic transactions set up by the College), a form can be requested by emailing Rosemaree – fees@sje.vic.edu.au

 

If you are an existing family of the College and would like to recommence your direct debit or change the amount, please email Rosemaree - fees@sje.vic.edu.au

 

Assistance

 

We understand for some families, the payment of fees can be of concern, so we encourage you to communicate this with us from the outset.

 

If you anticipate having difficulty paying your fees, please contact us immediately. Our experience shows that by dealing with these concerns early, families experiencing financial hardship gain clarity around fees and fee payments, and have their concerns put to ease.
