Dear Parents and Carers
We are counting down to one of the most exciting and impactful days in the Clayfield calendar – the Clayfield College Foundation Giving Day!
On Tuesday 16 June 2026, our community is invited to come together to give, support and help Clayfield College students let their light shine.
This year, we invite you to help us Make NEXT possible for current and future generations of Clayfield students.
The funds raised on Giving Day are immediately invested back into the College, ensuring today’s students benefit, now, as we raise vital funds to support ongoing campus revitalisation and upgrade projects, Scholarships and Bursaries and Opportunities for Excellence.
Over the past five years alone, we have achieved so much together! To see our immense impact created through the power of giving, please refer to the Clayfield College Foundation Impact Report 2025. Also, take a moment to reflect and celebrate our 2021 to 2025 Giving Investments below.
Each year, Giving Day brings our community together in an incredible show of support. With your help, we can reach our ambitious goal of 500+ donors in 12 hours and continue to deliver experiences, opportunities and learning spaces that shape student minds and futures.
How can all members of our community get involved?
Families, students, staff and alumni are invited to join in the excitement of the Giving Hub and the student Giving Station - buzzing spaces filled with connection, purpose and generosity.
You can be part of making NEXT possible by:
- Volunteering in the Giving Hub (Clayfield College Museum) - We need your help!
Donating and encouraging others to do the same online, and have your child/ren make cash donations at the Giving Station (Chapel Courtyard).
Double Your Impact on Giving Day
Thanks to our generous Matching Donors, every donation will be doubled on the day, ensuring twice the impact for Clayfield students!
That means:
- $10 becomes $20
- $100 becomes $200
- $500 becomes $1,000
Every gift, big or small, helps us move closer to the NEXT milestone in Clayfield’s story, together. All donations over $2 are tax-deductible.
House Spirit Challenge and Student Giving Station
When you make your donation, don’t forget to nominate your House! The House that raises the most by the end of the day will win a whole-House pizza party on Arts Day!
Our Student Giving Station will be located in the heart of the College, in the Chapel Courtyard. In addition to all families and friends being able to donation online, there will be lockboxes for each House so all students can share in the gift of giving. By bringing in their cash donations, and adding a star to their House Constellation, all students make their donations count towards the House Spirit Challenge!
So, mark your calendars, spread the word and join us for Giving Day on Tuesday 16 June 2026.
