Athletics Team Victoria Selection
She has done it again!!!! But this time for the Victorian Under 12’s Athletics Team.
Last year, Maggie K (5S) competed at the National Cross Country Championships for Team Victoria, but due to illness, she was not able to trial this year. Instead, she has trialled and been selected to compete in the National Athletics Competition in November.
Last Monday, Maggie trialled for the 800m, 200m and shotput events for the Team Vic Athletics competition as a Multi Class competitor. She performed extremely well and as a result has been selected to compete in all three events in the National competition which will be held in Canberra from 27 November to 30 November.
As a school we would like to support Maggie in her efforts and hold a fundraising event for her next Term. More information to come in Term 4.

Tennis
Aaradhya S (6P) and her team celebrated a fantastic victory last week, winning this Winter Season's Tennis C1 Gold Level Finals with the Waverley District Tennis Association. Competing against six highly skilled teams from across the district, they demonstrated remarkable skill, teamwork, and determination. Their hard work and perseverance paid off, making this victory a proud celebration of talent, dedication, and team spirit.
The team was led by Oliver Cornall, a proud JPPS alumnus, whose experience and support added to their strength on the court.
Their victory is a testament not just to their talent, but to their dedication, perseverance, and unwavering team spirit.
