Subject Selection Season

As we enter subject selection phase for 2027, next Thursday 30 July there will be a Year 10 2027 LEAP Program Information Night at 7pm in the Ngargee Room. The Year 11 and 12 2027 VCE Vocational Major (VM) Information Night for students who will be new to VM next year are expected to attend this information session at 7.30pm in the Ngargee Room.

Specific information about program structure, expectations and VET Course details will be made available.

👏🏻VET Success is imminent

Christian Lim is undertaking VET Hospitality at William Angliss College and has linked his passion for cookery and entertainment to his major project in VCE VM - Literacy and Personal Development subjects. He believes we should always acknowledge the wonderful multiculturalism that exists in our community and that through food we can not only develop preferences but also conversations about culture.

This will be his final major project which will see him complete his Year 12 VCE VM by the end of Term 3.  His structured work placement at The Langham Hotel where he was exposed to the different departments from cookery, service, concierge and housekeeping has seen him offered a permanent position at The Langham Hotel post Year 12.
