Dads Tuning in to Kids – dads and father figures learn practical steps to strengthen their bond and raise emotionally intelligent kids who can work through their feelings

Dad’s Toolkit – covers parenting strategies for raising resilient kids, communication & discipline, becoming the dad you want to be and more
- 10am-12pm Wednesdays in Black Hill, 8 weekly sessions, starts 11 Feb
Tuning in to Teens – parents and carers learn how to build your teen’s emotional intelligence and strengthen your bond
- 6.30-8.30pm Mondays in Redan, 6 weekly sessions, starts 9 Feb
