Junior School Council

Our Grade 3, 4 and 5 Junior School Council representatives for 2026 would like to formally introduce themselves to the school community so that everyone can get to know who they are and what they stand for. They are excited to take on their leadership roles and are looking forward to working together to improve our school so that everyone can feel happy coming to school every day and enjoy a positive learning environment.

Deandre So'oula (3A)

Hi, my name is Deandre and I am in grade 3A. I am more than happy to be your Junior School Councillor for 2026. I would like to help improve student behaviour to make Mackellar a more respectful and better place for everyone. I am excited about being a leader this year and improving my confidence and skills.

Hi, my name is Lucian and I am in grade 3B. I am very grateful to have been selected by my peers to be a Junior School Councillor for 2026. I love listening to other students’ ideas, and I am looking forward to organising fun school events based on their suggestions. Elias Pejcic (4A)

Hi, my name is Elias and I am from grade 4A. I am extremely happy to be your Junior School Councillor for 2026. I want to help make our school more enjoyable for everyone by organising new events and clubs. I am also a great person to talk to if you have ideas or need help with anything. I am very athletic and really enjoy our interschool sports training sessions every Friday. If you need help with learning any sport, I can assist with improving your skills.

Hi, I’m Inaya from 4B. I am really excited to be your Junior School Councillor for 2026. I will try my best to make our school as fun and enjoyable as possible by creating fun events and activities for everyone to celebrate. I am glad I can help our school, and I love helping others. I am so grateful to have been chosen by my wonderful peers and teachers and I will try my absolute best to impact our school community extremely positively. I strongly believe everyone's voice matters and I will take on any ideas and try to take them on board. I am always available to help anyone with anything. My goal is to help students of any year level feel happier about coming to school and I'm looking forward to organising a variety of events throughout the year for students to enjoy.
