Google Doodles

VCE Unit 1 Visual Communication Design students are looking at logo design and this week designed their own St Patrick's Day Google Doodles, considering cultural and social factors as well as brand identity in their designs. The creative talents of Lincoln Koliba and Taj Bowman can be seen above. Happy St Patrick's Day!

Next Gen 2024

VCE Art Making & Exhibiting students have taken inspiration from the top folios of 2023 by visiting the “Next Gen 2024” exhibition which showcases some of the best of the work created by students from Government, Catholic and Independent schools from Ballarat, and the Southwestern Victorian region in 2023. 

Students were able to view the artwork in an exhibition setting within the gallery and were also able to examine the developmental folios that form the background knowledge, idea generation and development that contributes to the construction and creation of the final pieces.
