Animal Ark Incursion

A group of lucky students recently enjoyed a visit from Animal Ark, bringing some incredible local wildlife right into our school! From scaly reptiles to spritely amphibians, students had the rare opportunity to meet a variety of animals up close and learn about their unique adaptations, habitats, and behaviours.

The session was packed with excitement as students interacted with the animals, listened to fascinating facts from expert presenters, and discovered how these creatures survive in the wild. 

The Animal Ark incursion provided a fantastic opportunity to connect Science learning with real-world experiences, encouraging students to develop a deeper appreciation for biodiversity, conservation, and responsible animal care. It was a fantastic way to wrap up Science Week!
