Uniform Shop
Planning ahead for the 2027 school year? Uniform fitting appointments are now open!
The Gap State High School P&C Uniform Shop encourages families to book early, particularly those with students entering Year 7 or Year 10, as well as new and international students.
Uniform Fittings for 2027
Please check the uniform requirements for your student's year level before booking.
- Incoming Year 7 students and new enrolments: A uniform fitting is required.
- Current Year 7 and Year 8 students: Continue wearing the junior uniform until Year 10.
- Current Year 9 students (entering Year 10 in 2027): Will transition to the senior uniform, including a senior blouse or shirt and tie.
- Current Year 10 students (entering Year 11 in 2027): Continue wearing their current uniform.
Current Year 11 students (entering Year 12 in 2027): Will require a new Year 12 tie.
Please book your fitting appointment online in advance. December and January appointments will prioritise students entering Year 7 or Year 10 in 2027, along with new and international students.

Plan Ahead and Shop Early
If your student needs additional uniform items or has outgrown their current sizes, we encourage you to order early or visit the Uniform Shop before the summer holidays.
The Christmas and January period is particularly busy, so planning ahead will help ensure your student is ready for the new school year.
Summer and Back-to-School Trading Hours
The Uniform Shop will operate on its normal trading hours until Friday 28 November 2026, followed by the extended summer and back-to-school arrangements below.
Extended summer hours are by appointment only.

Pre-Loved Uniform Donations and Year 12 Farewell
Do you have uniforms your student has outgrown or no longer needs?
The Uniform Shop warmly welcomes donations of clean, good-quality pre-loved uniforms. Donations can be dropped off at the Uniform Shop or through the school office.
As our Year 12 students prepare for their next chapter, we wish them every success in their future endeavours. We would be grateful to families who are able to donate any uniforms no longer needed, helping other TGSHS families prepare for the school year ahead.

2nd Hand Uniform SALE
Visit our P&C Uniform Shop next week for some 2nd hand bargain uniforms. Our team needs to clear stock of excess uniforms ready for the start of next year.Open from Monday to Friday next week - 7am to 9am.

2027 Stationery Packs
Recommended stationery packs are now available online for students commencing Years 7, 8, 9 & 10 in 2027.
The P&C Association is working with Jaybel Office Choice a leading supplier of educational materials, to offer parents the convenience of online ordering and home delivery.

Purchase the complete booklist pack or customise your list by amending quantities required.

Orders placed by 5 Jan will arrive before Term 1, 2027
Late orders: January Orders will be packed and sent as quickly as possible (however delivery prior to school commencing cannot be guaranteed).
NB: Proceeds from Stationery & Uniform sales contribute to P&C funded projects and donations to TGSHS!
Containers for Change Competition
HELP OUR P&C WIN $2000!
The Gap State High School community, we need your help!
Let’s get behind our amazing P&C and help them win up to $2,000 in the Containers for Change Grow for Gold Competition!
Every eligible container counts, and families, friends, staff, students and our wider community can all make a difference.
Here’s how you can help:
• Return your eligible containers via the Containers for Change bin located onsite at TGSHS, through Gate 1.
• Donate your 10¢ refund to our P&C by using our registration number: C10215285.
• Spread the word! Encourage family, friends and neighbours to get involved.
The more eligible containers we collect, the better our chances of winning!
The competition runs from 1 October to 31 December 2026, with our returns compared against our baseline of 1,085 containers.
The P&Cs achieving the greatest percentage increase will be in the running for first, second and third prize. A minimum of 750 containers must be returned during the competition period to qualify.
Let’s turn our recycling into real support for our school, help keep containers out of landfill and show what our wonderful community can achieve together. Every container counts.
