Fern House

Hi everyone, I’m Madina, and I’m your Year 12 SRC this year. One of the things I’ve enjoyed most so far is being able to represent our year level and actually have a say in what happens around the school. It’s been really good working with others and hearing different ideas. 

Term 1 has gone by pretty quickly, but it’s been a solid start to the year. Everyone’s been getting used to new classes and teachers, and it’s been nice seeing people get involved in different activities and events. There’s been a good vibe around the school and within our House. 

The Swimming Carnival was a blast! We had junior students enthusiastically participating in a wide range of events and showing great House spirit throughout the day. It was fantastic to see such high levels of energy, encouragement and teamwork, both in and out of the pool. Overall, it was a memorable day that brought the whole school community together.

As we head into the holidays, I hope everyone takes the time to relax and have a break after a busy term. Stay safe and enjoy the time off.
