There has been lots of fun activity this term in the LRC! 

On the 6th of March, we celebrated International Women’s Day with a lively lunch time musical performance. Local folk trio ‘Vardos’ performed for our staff & students. We all got a giggle as the energetic violinist raced about the library serenading us as she played. 

We also hosted a poetry reading event for World Poetry day on the 25th of March. Staff and students read poems they had written aloud. Students voted for their favourite poet on the day, Seyara MA from E7. 

During the last week of term, we will have a Chess tournament.
