Hakea House

Hi everyone! My name is Abulfazl and I’m your 2026 Hakea Year 12 SRC representative.

I’m really happy to be part of Hakea this year. Things I enjoy the most about being SRC is being able to represent students and being voice of voices.

Term 1 has been a great start. It was great to see Year 7s making new friends and settling in, while Years 11 and 12 have been pushing through the stress of SACs. It’s also been good to see other year levels getting involved and showing strong House spirit.

The Swimming Carnival was a great day filled with energy, participation, and strong House spirit. It was really good to see so many people getting involved, whether it was competing in events or cheering others on. Moments like these bring everyone together and show what Hakea is all about.

Looking ahead, we hope to continue creating more opportunities for everyone to get involved and enjoy being part of the House. If you have any ideas, make sure to share them! Your voice matters.

As Term 1 wraps up, we hope everyone enjoys a well deserved break. Take this time to rest, have fun, and stay safe. We're looking forward to seeing everyone back for an even better Term 2.
