Group 24

During this term our group really enjoyed having a busy three-day stay at Urban Camp in Parkville. The inner-city location of the camp enabled our group to undertake a wide range of experiences in and around the city of Melbourne.

Some of our wonderful activities included the following:

• A full tour of the MCG, including spending time on the ground

• Trying out the interactive games at the Australian Sports Museum

• We watched a documentary about Space Stations (on the big screen at the IMAX theatre)

• We visited Melbourne Aquarium, Queen Victoria Market and the Melbourne Zoo

These experiences were not only a lot of fun – they were also very educational and enlightening.
