Battle of the Bands at the Wedge

Its more then just a Battle of the Bands, we will be offering free workshops leading up to the event to help young people upskill and learn more about the music industry.  We also hope that this will help individuals who are not in a band and want to be connect with young musicians in Wellington. Judges will include local people in the music scene here in Wellington so it will be a great way for musicians to network and get a foot in the door in the music industry.

Applications are now open and the link is 2026 Battle of the Bands Application Form

This event is open to 12-25 years and the actual Battle of the Bands will be an alcohol, vape free event and follow strict Amplify guidelines and will be primarily for 12–25-year-olds and families.
