Students have been busy creating their information reports on Australian animals. Here are some of the interesting facts they’ve discovered:

Rylee N: The frill on a Frilled Neck Lizard pops out to make it look big and scary to predators. It can also help the lizard stay cool or warm.

Logan: The stonefish can live out of the water for about a whole day, as long as it stays wet and cool.

Sylvie: The weirdest place someone has found a brown snake is in a toilet.

We are learning to build our understanding of the different ways other people benefit us and practise gratitude for what we’ve received from others.
