Celebration Day: Year 12’s

Our Year 12’s enjoyed their last day at the Le Mans go karting and laser tag, a great way to finish off their time at Ranges TEC. We look forward to celebrating Graduation with them soon. 

Year 10 Community Projects

The list of community projects keeps growing, as this term our Year 10’s have taken on another iconic Gaga Ball Pit design at a local primary school. From planning the layout to measuring, marking and problem-solving on site, students are putting their numeracy and hands-on learning into action.

It’s safe to say they are pretty happy with how they are tracking with the project – check out the photo! Go team.

Powelltown Sawmill Partnership

We had the pleasure of hosting Powelltown Sawmill this week to present student awards for their Design and Make projects. We’re grateful for the partnership we have with the sawmill; they generously donate their timber offcuts, and our students turn them into beautiful pieces. The work is incredible, and the presenters said the standard of work is just getting better and better.

Huge congratulations to our award winners: we had a quiet achiever award, most creative design, judges’ choice, and, best in competition, which was award to Toby for his wonderful dining table.
