Education in Faith
As part of their faith journey, some of our Year 4 students have been preparing to receive the Sacrament of First Eucharist, a significant and sacred milestone in the life of the Church. Through prayer, reflection, and learning, they have been deepening their understanding of the Eucharist as a celebration of Jesus’ presence and a time to gather as a community in faith and thanksgiving. In the lead-up to this special sacrament, students have been exploring the meaning of the Last Supper, the importance of belonging, and how we are called to live as people of love and service. We keep these students and their families in our prayers as they prepare to receive the Body of Christ and continue to grow in their relationship with God.
Dear Jesus, watch over our First Communicants this weekend. May the peace of Your presence and the light of Your love shine within their heart always. Surround them with Your protection, and may this special day be the beginning of a lifelong, joyful friendship with You.
