Principal's News

Dear Parents
As our start to the school year is well underway, I am filled with gratitude for the dedication and passion that our entire School community continues to demonstrate. February has been a month of positive energy, where our students have returned to their studies with enthusiasm, and our staff have embraced their role in nurturing our students to reach new heights.
This month, we have focused on strengthening the foundation of our academic programs and enhancing the experiences we offer our students. Our vision remains focused on providing a holistic education that fosters not only academic excellence but also the development of character, resilience, and leadership.
The ongoing engagement from our students, teachers, and parents has been a cornerstone of our success, and I encourage you to continue your involvement in the various initiatives that are shaping our School’s future.
We are also incredibly proud of the positive mindset of our students, both inside and outside the classroom. We are committed to supporting their growth every step of the way.
Looking ahead, there are several exciting events planned by our Parents Association, and I invite you all to be a part of these opportunities to connect, celebrate, and contribute to our community. Stay tuned for further details in the upcoming weeks.
Thank you for your ongoing support, and let’s continue to work together to make this year one of growth, inspiration, and achievement for all. Aim High, Achieve More.
Staff News
Congratulations is extended to Ms Hui Lee-Harvey who completed the Australian Alps Walking Track, Australia’s hardest and toughest trail, from Walhalla in Victoria to Tharwa in the ACT, a 650km trek through wild and remote alpine regions, hiking and camping for thirty days. This is indeed an example of Aiming High and Achieving More.
Best wishes are extended to our Business Manager, Mr Tim Grandy who leaves Oakleigh Grammar on 7 March to relocate to Adelaide where his son and daughter-in-law have recently become first time parents. Both Tim and Jacqui (past Oakleigh Grammar English Teacher) are looking forward to being involved in their grandson’s life.
