Second Hand Uniform and Lost Property
Karoo Primary School
Lost Property
There has been a large amount of Lost Property accumulating during Terms 1 and 2 which will now be disposed of.
PLEASE NOTE:
All items that find their way to lost property are unnamed (or have names on them of students who have left the school). All named items are returned to students.
Any unclaimed uniform in good condition left at the end of Term 2 will be washed and then donated to the second hand uniform stock. All unclaimed miscellaneous items will be thrown out.
Parents are urged to name ALL items that come to school (including lunch/snack boxes, drink bottles, coats, beanies, and personal items such as toys and balls) so we can return them to their rightful owner!
During Term 3, lost property will be available for inspection (and collection) fortnightly on a Friday afternoon outside the gym immediately before and after the school assembly.
Second Hand Uniform
Karoo Parents' Association (KPA) hold Second Hand Uniform stalls throughout the year, with their dates advertised in advance in the newsletter. These provide great opportunities for families to stock up on bigger sizes or items for the next weather season. Most items are a gold coin donation. Don't forget to put your name on second hand items purchased!
Our thanks to KPA for holding stalls on Tuesday and Wednesday this week, during our Student Led Conferences.
