Coin Challenge 2025
Karoo Primary School
The Karoo Coin Challenge is back for 2025 and will be held on Friday 8th August!
For those new to Karoo, this annual event sees students bringing in coins of any denomination to donate. On the day, each class will work together to create the longest line of coins they can with their collected donations.
The class with the longest measured line will win a prize! The challenge will take place in the gym, with each class bringing measuring tools to calculate the total length of their coin line.
Now’s the time to check your bags, pockets, cars, couch cushions, jars – even under the rug – for spare coins to contribute!
Please send coins to school to your child’s classroom teacher by Friday 8th August.
Good luck to all classes!
