Hello everyone, and welcome to this edition of our fortnightly school newsletter this Friday night. I’m really excited and looking forward to our amazing Tula Concert. Please come and join us! 

 

The P&C will be running the canteen, bar, and food service, so it’s a wonderful night of entertainment, showcasing the incredible talents of The Gap State High School.

 

A reminder that Father’s Day is just around the corner in early September. Be sure to check out the website and secure your tickets to our special breakfast, where you’ll hear from John, our inspiring guest speaker, at The Gap Soccer Club.

Last week, I had my very first meeting with the new incoming school captains, alongside our outgoing school captains. 

 

This is always a really exciting time for me, listening to the words of wisdom from our outgoing captains and preparing our incoming leaders for the year ahead. I’m looking forward to working with this new team of amazing young people, while also feeling a little sad to farewell our outgoing team.
