The winners of Top Designs Showcase - are Alex W and Liam F

In late November, four of our 2024 Year 12 Systems students received emails advising them that they had been shortlisted for the 2025 Top Designs!

Alex W and Liam F both won the 2025 Top Design for VCE Systems Engineering! 

There were only eight award winners in each category and our students won two of them.

Congratulations to Mr Adrian Metheringham for inspiring and supporting the students. 

Alex designed a 'Drone' and Liam designed an 'Automatic car crane' and these will be on display at the Melbourne Museum on Thursday 27 March 2025.

This was a fantastic acknowledgement for these students. Being on the shortlist for 2025 Top Designs and being asked to complete the next phase of the process was a great accomplishment in itself.  

I want to congratulate these Year 12 students on their hard work and enthusiasm for our Systems subject. Well done to each of these students and to all our Year 12 Students.
