WHAT’S HAPPENING IN LIBRARY LAND

FUNKY NEW FURNITURE

It's always a scramble for these eggs!  Probably because we only have three.  If you get a chance to try one you will love the way they cut down the background noise.   Give one a crack. (Puns intended) 

MAKER SPACE

Students have enjoyed scratch pads with Positive messages as well aswooden puzzles.  This week students made cross stitch keychains andfriendship bracelets.  Come in Tuesday at lunchtime and get creative!

COLOURING COMPETITION

The Library is running a MND Colouring Competition which will run from Monday 14th of June until the 24th of June. Design your own beanie. If you want to be part of the fun, get a copy of the colouring sheet from the front desk!  The winner will be announced on the final day of Term.

TERM 2 CHESS TOURNAMENT

Congratulations to our Term 2 Tournament winner, Rhea Fernandez!  That’s two terms in a row! Hopefully, Rhea will be back next term to defend her title! Will anyone be able to beat her?????

ON A PERSONAL NOTE

Mrs Pascoe's last day at Killester was on the final day of Term 2.   Mrs Pascoe has been filling in for Mr Patching during Term 2.  Mr Patching has returned to work in the Library. Emma would like to say thank you all so much for the great welcoming into our community. She has had many laughs and is taking so many memories away with her to her next job. She wants to let you know that you will all be missed and are going to be hard to replace!
