Royal Melbourne Show Baking Competition

It’s that time of the year again, our bakery students have been busy over the past couple of weeks with their trainer Peter Haber designing there entries for the Royal Melbourne Show.

It is truly amazing to see the process and creativity of the designs coming to life in forms of shortbread, gingerbreads, cupcakes & tiered cakes.

Peter will have over 40 entries this year covering all the junior cookery categories related to bakery. This is a credit to their Teacher Peter and a real showcase of the students work over there time in bakery class.

All entries will be showcased in the craft pavilion at The Royal Melbourne Show, we wish Peter & his students the best of luck.
