Extra Curricular and Personal Development Update 

The year 12 Physical Education classes are currently completing fitness assessments, where they are participating in five different fitness-training sessions over a two week period. These sessions consist of a spin class at Good Life gym, a plyometric training session run by Matt from CRC Fit, a Pilates session with trainer Bec from The Dance experts and an interval training and resistance training session with their 12 PE teachers. They have had a great time challenging themselves and applying the theory they are learning during their classes into practice.
