Chill Skills

Students have been engaging in Chill Skills sessions designed to support emotional regulation, resilience, and positive wellbeing. Through various activities, students have been learning strategies to manage stress, identify emotions, and develop mindfulness techniques. These valuable skills help students build confidence and maintain positive relationships both at school and at home.

Season for Growth

This term, selected students have participated in the Seasons for Growth program, which supports young people in understanding and managing change, loss, and personal growth. Through guided discussions and reflective activities, students have explored ways to cope with challenges and recognise the strengths that help them navigate life's transitions. The program continues to provide students with valuable tools for building resilience and emotional wellbeing.

Food Sensory

A small group of students have also enjoyed participating in Food Sensory activities that encourage exploration of different foods using sight, smell, touch, taste, and sound. These experiences help students develop confidence when trying new foods while promoting healthy eating habits. The hands-on sessions have been engaging and have supported students in expanding their understanding of nutrition and sensory experiences.

Every child has the right to feel safe, valued and included. We recognise and respect the diverse backgrounds, abilities, cultures, identities and experiences of all students and strive to provide equitable opportunities for every child.
