Grade 3/4 & 5/6 Camps - Medication

I hope excitement is building for students attending the Grade 5/6 Melbourne Camp next week and Grade 3/4 Log Cabin Camp the week after.

If your child requires medication whilst on camp, we request that it is brought in (if possible) the week prior to camp. There is lots of medication to manage on camp and Sonia, Wendy and Rachael have a great system they have put together for us prior to departing to ensure we can manage medication efficiently. Thank you for ensuring your child's medication form is completed, instructions are clear and medication bottles and boxes are clearly labelled.

School Gardens

We have reminded students recently about staying out of the school gardens. We have noticed lots of trampled plants recently, which our gardener, Tanya, puts a lot of time into maintaining. We are also moving into the time of the year where snakes can be around. Snakes are unlikely on our school site, however we want to minimise the risk of an encounter by staying out of the gardens. We appreciate the support of our community before and after school in reminding students and little ones to stay out of the gardens.

Netbooks over the Holidays

A reminder that all netbooks for students in Grade 3-6 will remain safely at school over upcoming the holiday break.
