Hume Region Basketball

Our Year 6 boys and girls basketball teams represented the school proudly at the Regional Basketball Tournament in Shepparton on 24th October, showing excellent teamwork and sportsmanship.

Each team managed to win 2 out of their 3 games throughout day which is a great achievement. A big thank you to Mrs O’Dwyer and Mrs Leary for their coaching along with the help of Kiera Freeman and Iris Elliot from Sacred Heart College.

Hume Hot Shots Tennis:

On 29th October, eight Year 6 students competed in the Hot Shots Tennis event at Barr Reserve, Wangaratta, with the mixed team of four boys and four girls demonstrating great skill and encouragement throughout the day. Our students just missed out on the final to progress through to the state finals.

Congratulations to Ernie, Ed, Jack, Annabelle, Charlotte, Willow, Beth and Winnie.
