Our School Values directly align with SWPBS 

Our school values serve as the foundation for our 'Behaviour Matrix which explicitly defines, teaches and reinforces positive behaviours. Our Values of Respect, Connect, Inspire and Achieve are transformed into concrete actions across all school settings.

At Bittern Primary School children are at the heart of everything we do. Respect is shown through kindness, inclusivity, and by creating a safe and supportive learning environment where everyone feels valued.  We aim to Achieve excellence by encouraging resilience, and a belief that every child of every ability can thrive.
