Stage 6

Year 12 Hospitality  

Our Year 12 Hospitality students have successfully completed their work placement, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in the industry. During this term they completed a number of service periods, preparing dishes such as chipotle chicken burgers, creamy risotto, and classic croque monsieur. They completed several coffee service periods, demonstrating their barista skills and professionalism. These experiences allowed students to develop confidence, teamwork, and practical expertise. We are delighted to celebrate that many students have successfully achieved their Certificate II in Hospitality, marking an important milestone in their learning journey. 

GRADUATION

On September 22, 2025, the 94 students from the Year 12 cohort graduated from Kurri Kurri High School.  We wish them all the very best for their futures, wherever their paths may take them. For those completing exams to gain an ATAR, be sure to make the most of the support being offered by your teachers and for those fortunate enough to have applied for and received early entry to University,  CONGRATULATIONS! If you should choose to take a gap year, travel, start a trade or the first steps up your chosen career ladder, then go and live your best life.
