Bring your family, friends, and neighbours along to enjoy a huge day of:🎠 Rides and games for all ages🎭 Live entertainment and performances throughout the day🍔 Delicious food stalls feature some local favs 🎨 Creative exhibitions🌻 Plant and produce stalls showcasing our green thumbs🎯 Fun activities and surprises for the kids

As we head into the fair season, we’re looking for sponsors to help make this event our biggest and best yet.

We’ll soon be collecting donations for some of our most popular stalls:🪴 Plant Stall – potted plants, seedlings, herbs, and garden goodies🎁 Silent Auction – items big or small are always appreciated❓ Mystery Jars – the kids’ favourite surprise every year!

💪 Join Our Fair Committee!
We’re assembling our 2026 Fair Committee and would love returning members or new faces to join the team!The committee meets monthly in the lead-up to the event and plays a key role in bringing the fair to life. It’s a fun, rewarding way to get involved and meet others in our school community.
We’re looking for volunteers to fill the following roles:
Treasurer
Marketing Coordinator
Communications Coordinator
Food Stall Coordinators
Site Layout Coordinator
Entertainment Coordinator
Silent Auction Coordinator
Games Coordinator
General Stall Coordinators
Volunteer Coordinators
Mystery Jar Stall Coordinator
Cake Stall Coordinator
Art Exhibition Coordinator
Not sure where you fit? That’s okay, we’d also love general committee members who can help out wherever needed.
🙌 Looking for another way to help?
No worries! As the fair gets closer, we’ll also be calling for volunteers to help out on the day. Even an hour or two of your time makes a huge difference and it’s a great way to join in the fun and excitement.
