As we move towards the end of Term 2, it has been fantastic to see our students getting involved in a range of sporting and extracurricular opportunities.

Celebrating Student Success

On 3rd June, a number of our Year 7 and Year 8 students represented Macleod College at the Division Cross Country Championships. We are incredibly proud of the effort, determination and sportsmanship displayed by all students who participated. Competing at this level requires commitment and perseverance, and our students represented the college exceptionally well.

On 11th June, our Year 8 students participated in the Year 8 Round Robin Sports Day, competing in netball and badminton against students from other schools. The day provided a wonderful opportunity for students to demonstrate teamwork, resilience and school pride while enjoying some friendly competition. Thank you to all staff and students who contributed to making the day a success.

Looking Ahead

There are several important dates coming up before the end of term:

Tuesday 16th June – VCE GAT 

Due to the VCE GAT taking place, Year 7 and Year 8 students will not have access to their lockers throughout the day. Students will need to bring everything they require for the day and carry their bags with them between classes.

Tuesday 24th June – Year 7 Round Robin

We look forward to seeing our Year 7 students represent the college at their Round Robin Sports Day.

Friday 26th June – Last Day of Term 2

Students will finish at 2:20 pm on the final day of term. 

We wish all students and families a safe and relaxing break and look forward to welcoming everyone back for Term 3.

Important Reminders

Student Planners

All students are expected to have their school planner with them in every class, every day. Planners are an important organisational tool and are also used as students' "ticket" around the school. If a planner has been lost, a replacement can be purchased from the General Office.

Uniform Passes

Students who are out of uniform must obtain a uniform pass from the Junior School Team before the start of the school day. This helps us ensure that students are meeting our uniform expectations and allows us to support families when required.
