Trade Taster Excursion

On the 30th of October, 4 students from Tarneit Senior College were privileged to attend an open campus tour day hosted by Victoria University, White Lion and Kids First. The event was the first of its kind in an attempt to provide a glimpse into different trades on offer for VCE VM students in 2025. 

Students were able to enjoy interactive hands-on activities such as brick-laying demonstrations, excavator simulators and presentations by different facilitators throughout the campus in Hoppers Crossing. TSC will be looking at having another open campus day in 2025, so watch this space. Thank you to the students who were involved, Xzayviah Matekuare-Hardwidge, Marcus Cortez, Jeremiah Tufuga and Courage Jawelleh. You represented our school very well.
