Year 6 Update
This term, the Year 6 students have begun exploring the rich history and flavours of Mexican cuisine. They discovered that chillies, chocolate and corn were first used by the ancient Aztecs and Mayans. These ingredients have since travelled the world and become essential to many global cuisines. The students thoroughly enjoyed their first Mexican feast — nachos served with guacamole, corn salsa and sour cream!
